Pricing & Payment

  • Currency: All prices listed on the website are in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, google pay.
  • Taxes & Duties: Customers outside of Malta are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with their order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Local Shipping (Malta & Gozo):
    Orders within Malta are subject to a €9 shipping fee. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.
    Customers in Gozo may choose to collect their orders directly from our store.

  • International Shipping:
    We offer international express shipping for €35 (via DHL) with delivery within 1-3 business days. Standard international shipping is available for €17, with delivery in 7-14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional shipping charges that may apply in their country.

  • Shipping Terms:
    Once shipped, SourcedMalta is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance processes.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Refunds
    Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 3-5 business days if accepted.
